In all four seasons, the Eagles finished ranked among the D3football.com Top 25.
"We're very excited to have Michael and his family here," Fox said. "He is someone I have gotten to know over the course of the last couple of years, and I found out we viewed football through a similar lens. I knew when there was a chance and if I had a spot open, it would be the right move for us to add somebody like Michael to our staff. He has a ton of big-game experience and a championship pedigree.
"I am excited for our players and coaches and looking forward to pursuing the SAA championship together."
