Zoe Hollowell joined the Maryville staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in July 2023.

She arrived after a stint as an athletic training student at Young Harris College in Georgia. Before that, she did clinical rotations working with various teams at Georgia Military College and Morgan County High School, also in Georgia, before her final internship at Young Harris.
 
Hollowell graduated twice from Georgia College & State University, first in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and again in May 2023 with her master’s in Athletic Training. She has assisted with medical coverages of practices and games, traveled with teams to games and managed multiple athletes through their softball season. She has managed on-field and sideline emergencies, provided treatment and rehabilitative exercise programs for post-operative ACL and communicated with coaches about an athlete’s return-to-play status.
 
She is a native of Buford, Georgia.
