Justin Sweeney turned in a strong 2025-26 season for the Maryville College men's golf program, competing in all nine events and 25 rounds while recording two top-35 finishes. He saved his best golf for the postseason, finishing 14th at the 2026 CCS Men's Golf Championship with a three-round score of +16, the team's highest individual finish at the conference tournament.

Sweeney opened the spring with a 31st-place finish at the 2nd Annual Island Pointe Intercollegiate after posting a two-round score of +19. He also competed in the Port City Classic, Music City Invitational, and Discover DeKalb Emory Invitational. During the fall, Sweeney recorded a 45th-place finish at the Stateline Shootout and competed in the Transylvania Fall Invite, West Pines Collegiate, and Chick-fil-A Invitational.

For the 2025-26 campaign, Sweeney posted:
