Head Stunt Coach Jasmin King has announced Sarah Bowlby as her new assistant coach. 

Bowlby is a current medical student, and earned her Master's in Biomedical Science from Vanderbilt and her Bachelor's in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. 

"Sarah is deeply in tune with what our athletes need both physically and mentally," King said. "She brings an incredible wealth of Knowledge from her extensive background in cheerleading and her experience as a former coach. I am thrilled to have her join us on this journey, and I can't wait to work alongside her in this capacity."

Growing up in South Florida, Bowlby explored many sports but always returned to competitive cheerleading, and eventually training at Top Gun All stars, one of the world's premier programs. She alter had the opportunity to become an NCAA DI Cheerleader at SEC Program Vanderbilt. Her coaching experience includes several years of competitive cheer coaching for athletes aged 6-14, servings as a high school coach, and stepping in to co-coach at Vanderbilt football games. 

"I am passionate about advancing protocols tailored to the biomechanics of the female athlete, with an emphasis on sport-specific conditioning to reduce injuries and improve performance," Bowlby said. "I strive to inspire athletes to embrace hard work, cultivate resilience, and develop confidence on and off the mat. I am excited to grow as a coach by learning and assisting Coach King during Maryville Stunt's inaugural season."
