Box Score A trio of second-half goals pushed Huntingdon College past Maryville College 4-1 on Sunday evening in Montgomery, Alabama.
Maryville took an early lead in the 7th minute when Alex Sonner found Ndubueze Henry for his third career goal to make the score 1-0.
The Hawks tied the match 1-1 in the 18th minute when Hunter Hall dashed through the Scots defense hitting the net past a diving Mykel Manfred in goal.
Huntingdon took the lead with the eventual game-winner in the 51st minute when Kelan LeBlanc connected with Austin Priemer.
Huntingdon's Hall directed a penalty kick into the lower right just before the 86th minute to make the score 3-1.
Just before the end of regulation, the Hawks' LeBlanc tallied his second assist helping Hunter Hall post a hat-trick with his third goal of the game and his eighth goal of the season. His goal tally leads the USA South.
Maryville out-shot the Hawks 13-9 including nine second-half attacks.
Maryville falls to 0-2 on the season and will travel to Berry College on Wednesday for a 5:00 first touch in Rome, Georgia.
