MARYVILLE, Tenn. - The Maryville College community once again proved the strength of the Scots spirit during this year's Scots Wha Hae campaign, raising an incredible $192,620 — well beyond the original goal of $150,000.
The total marks a new all-time record for the campaign, surpassing last year's impressive $150,357 and more than doubling the $76,515 raised in 2023.
Throughout the campaign, alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents, and friends united to demonstrate their affection for the College and its mission. Their collective generosity helped six different programs surpass their fundraising goals, demonstrating the wide-reaching pride and commitment that define the Maryville community.
"On behalf of all of our student-athletes and staff, I want to extend a sincere thank everyone who supported the Scots Wha Hae campaign," Director of Athletics Andrew Wu said. "Surpassing our goal so comfortably is a testament to our community's commitment, pride, and excitement about the future of Scots Athletics. Thank you!"
Funds raised through Scots Wha Hae directly support our student-athletes' experiences, enriching the student experience and strengthening the future of Maryville College Athletics.
