Jasmine Muecke secures 7-0 victory for Maryville with a 6-1, 6-1 defeat of Belhaven's Khliyah Ford at the No. 4 spot. Muecke improves to 12-6 on the year (tied for most wins on the team) and 4-1 at the four spot.
The Scots picked up the doubles victory thanks to
Abby Diggs and
Alyssa Smith at the No. 1 position, defeating the Balzers' duo of Ally Everett and Lillian Williams 6-2.
Calliana Kondolios and
Elizabeth Shwaiko won their doubles match at the No. 2 spot 6-0, and
Jasmine Muecke and
Ella Reyes won at the No. 3 spot by forfeit.
Singles action started with senior
Abby Diggs taking down Lillian Williams 6-0, 6-2 at the three spot. This was Diggs 10th victory of the season and first at the No. 3 position. Freshman

Alyssa Smith and
Ella Reyes both won by forfeit at the five and six spots, sending the Scots home with a 7-0 victory. The team improves to 8-4 on the year and 4-2 in conference play, good for third place, tied with Huntingdon.
Maryville will now travel to Asbury Thursday to close out CCS action before traveling to Earlham on Friday to close out the regular Season. The CCS Tournament will begin April 24th and will be hosted by Covenant College in Chattanooga, Tenn.
