LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. – The Maryville College men's soccer team fell 4-0 to Lynchburg Friday evening at Scotland Yard.

Lynchburg opened the scoring in the 21st minute and added two more goals before halftime to take a 3-0 lead into the break. The Hornets added another goal in the 48th minute to extend the advantage to 4-0.

Maryville recorded six shots throughout the match, with Brady Hammer registering two attempts, including the Scots' lone shot on goal. Cameron Harp also recorded two shots, while Ben Brophy and Keith McGregor each added one attempt.

Tanner Ricks played all 90 minutes in goal for the Scots, making nine saves.

Maryville will return to action tomorrow, at 2:00 PM, taking on Washington & Lee for their final match at the Covenant College Invitational
