Volleyball swept by Berry in tournament finale

The Maryville College women's volleyball team dropped their second match of the day at the Berry College Invitational against host Berry College 3-0 by the scores of 25-20, 25-18, and 25-16.

Berry moved to 4-0 on the season behind Jessica Gum's 10 kills. Emily Hancock added seven kills to the Vikings' victory.

The Scots were limited to 24 team kills with Allison Botts leading the way with six kills. Brianne Sidner added five kills while Kaitlyn Flickinger paced the defense with 10 digs.

Maryville (1-3) will prepare for a tournament in Lynchburg, Virginia next weekend.
