ATLANTA, Ga. (October 29, 2025) – The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its 2025 Men's Soccer postseason award winners, as voted on by the league's head coaches.
Maryville's
Brady Hammer and Covenant's Fox Landgren headline this year's honors, earning Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, respectively.
Belhaven's Danny Bahena was named Goalkeeper of the Year for the second consecutive season, while Maryville freshman
Ben Brophy collected Rookie of the Year honors.
Covenant's Scott Bosgraf was voted Coach of the Year for the third time in his career after guiding the Scots to another standout campaign.
Offensive Player of the Year | Brady Hammer, Maryville
After earning Rookie of the Year honors last season,
Brady Hammer elevated his game in 2025 to claim the conference's top offensive distinction. A consistent force in the attacking third, Hammer tallied eight goals and nine assists across 14 matches for 25 total points, ranking among the conference leaders in multiple categories. For instance, he currently leads the league in assists (12) and points (28) – marks that place him third in conference history for single-season points and second all-time for assists. Throughout the season, Hammer delivered several standout performances including a five-point effort against Sewanee and back-to-back four-point outings versus Asbury and Covenant.
Rookie of the Year | Ben Brophy, Maryville
In his debut campaign,
Ben Brophy has made an immediate impact for the Scots. The freshman forward finished with six goals and two assists for 14 total points, delivering clutch performances against top opponents including Emory, Asbury, and Covenant. With a .500 shots-on-goal percentage, Brophy consistently challenged opposing defenses
