Steph Carter Jr. has been named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for Week 2 after leading the Scots to victory over Ohio Wesleyan.
"The Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, is
D3football.com's weekly honor roll, in its 27th season of recognizing the top performance at each position from the previous week. Players are nominated by schools.
Carter had an impressive day against Ohio Wesleyan, grabbing nine catches for 243 yards and a touchdown. His touchdown came on a 75-yard catch as Maryville defeated the Battling Bishops, 48-24."
