The Scots added a trio of runs in the third inning when shortstop Brendan Lawler (2-for-4, 2 RBI) doubled to left field scoring Chris Ervin and Johnny Carpenter. The next batter, Evan Ezell, sent Lawler home with an RBI single to right center field.
