NFCA All-Region
MARYVILLE – Brecca Williams capped off a fantastic Maryville career Friday when the National Fastpitch Coaches Association named her to the All-Region VI First Team.

Last year, Williams earned NFCA All-Region VI Third Team recognition. This year, the graduating senior took her game to another level with a .559 batting average that likely will rank second nationally and 76 hits that also stands second nationally heading into regional play.

Williams reached base at a .632 percentage in 2025 to lead the Collegiate Conference of the South in that category as well. She was top-five in the league in slugging percentage at .779, OPS at 1.411, runs scored with 46, walks with 20 and stolen bases with 17. This season was the best of her career for batting average, hits, doubles (13), home runs (3), RBIs (33), slugging percentage, fewest strikeouts (7) and on-base percentage.

The Maryville native batted .571 (8-for-14) at the CCS Tournament with two doubles, a triple, a home run, four runs scored and three driven in, helping Maryville to a third-place finish. Her third home run of the season led off the game against Piedmont and proved decisive in Maryville's 3-2 victory. She also flawlessly managed 21 chances in the field and made a team-leading 11 assists.

For her career, Williams finished with a .412 batting average and 225 hits.
