MARYVILLE, Tenn. – Maryville College baseball has unveiled its 2026 schedule, marking a historic milestone as the Scots enter the 150th season of Maryville College Baseball, one of the longest-running programs in collegiate baseball.
The Scots will open the landmark season with a three-game neutral-site stretch in Georgia, beginning Saturday, Feb. 21, against Wooster, followed by contests with Transylvania and host Oglethorpe on Feb. 22. Maryville then travels to Berry on Feb. 24 before returning home for its long-awaited home opener at Scotland Yard on Feb. 28.
Opening weekend at home features a three-game series against Wittenberg, including a Saturday doubleheader and a Sunday finale. The Scots will continue non-conference play with home matchups against Lynchburg (March 4), Berry (March 24), and Sewanee (March 31), providing early opportunities for fans to celebrate the program's storied history.
Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) play begins March 13, when Maryville hosts Piedmont for a three-game series. Conference road trips include visits to Belhaven, East Texas Baptist, Asbury, Covenant, and LaGrange, testing the Scots across multiple regions as they move through the heart of the CCS schedule.
Key home conference series at Scotland Yard include Huntingdon (April 3–4) and a midweek doubleheader against longtime rival Rhodes on April 14. The regular season concludes with the CCS Tournament on April 29 at a site to be determined.
