ATLANTA, Ga. – The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its Men's Basketball Players of the Week.
Chase Morgan (Maryville) was named Player of the Week, released by the league office on Monday.
Chase Morgan delivered another strong week to help Maryville secure the top seed in the CCS Tournament, as the Scots extended their conference record to a perfect 12–0 with wins over Asbury and Piedmont. The senior forward totaled 48 points across the two-game stretch while logging 64 minutes of action. Morgan shot 18-of-34 from the field, including 3-of-4 from three-point range, and 9-of-12 from the free-throw line. He added 13 rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and two blocks as Maryville completed an undefeated run through conference play.
