WILMORE, Ky. — Maryville (20-10, 5-5) defeated Asbury (11-20, 6-7) with a decisive 16-5 victory on Friday at Cecil Zweifel Field. This win marked their 10th consecutive victory. Maryville's offense was relentless, tallying 15 hits and drawing 12 walks. The team scored in six different innings, including a five-run ninth inning. Asbury managed 12 hits but was unable to keep pace, despite scoring in four consecutive innings from the fourth to the seventh.
Maryville (Tenn.) seized control early with a four-run first inning, catalyzed by
