LYNCHBURG, Va. - The day has arrived for the Scots as they are geared up and ready to begin their journey in the NCAA Tournament.

Maryville (27-17) is paired up against Christopher Newport (24-15) for only the fourth time in program history, and the first time in the postseason. CNU owns a 3-0 record against MC, with all three games happening in February of 2023.

The Captains had an impressive year, with victories over three nationally ranked opponents. Their season was capped off with a narrow loss to #7 Salisbury in the C2C Tournament semifinal.

The game will take place at Lynchburg City Stadium at 2:30 PM. The Scots previously played in City Stadium in the 1977 NCAA Tournament.
