The MC women dropped a close match to Brevard College on Tuesday by the score of 5-4 in Brevard North Carolina. The non-conference loss drops the Scots to 2-5 on the season.
Maryville's Carter Dickinson and McKennah Francis took doubles honors from Margaret Correll and Mekenzie Bowman in the No.2 double match by the score of 8-4.
Reigning USA South Rookie of the Week Kayla Zimmerman claimed her No.2 singles challenge by the score of 6-1, 6-1 over Jen Cox. Carter Dickinson defeated Margaret Correll 7-6, 6-3 in No. 3 singles while Anastasia Dunn defeated Mekenzie Bowman 7-6, 6-0 as a No. 4 singles match.
