The Maryville College men's tennis program kicked-off their 2019 spring campaign with a 9-0 loss to USA South foe Covenant College at Tyson Park in Knoxville, Tennessee on Friday.
Covenant took the doubles challenges 3-0 as Logan Hull/Chris Morton (CC) swept Austin Smith/Beau Branton (MVC) 8-0. Trey Wood/Cameron Cortman (CC) swept Andre Matamoros/ Terry Stewart (MVC) 8-0 while Tyler Kelly/ Ben Luke (CC) defeated Cole Stinson/ Egan Spoltore (MVC) 8-4.
