MARYVILLE – The Collegiate Conference of the South women's tennis coaches named
Elizabeth Shwaiko to the 2023 All-Conference Second Team, the league announced on Friday.
Shwaiko has been a consistent performer all season for the Scots. Heading in to MC's semifinal matchup against Covenant the sophomore has a singles record of 12-6 and a doubles record of 9-9.
Nine of her 12 singles wins came on the No. 3 court. She was 2-0 at No. 2 and 1-1 at No. 4.
In singles action, Shwaiko leads Maryville in wins (12), conference wins (5), and singles winning percentage (.667).
The Monterey, California native also ranks second in doubles wins with a single partner, posting a 7-5 record as the No. 1 duo with
Katelyn Cook.
