ATLANTA, Ga. (October 30, 2025) – The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its 2025 Women's Soccer postseason award winners, as voted on by the league's head coaches.
Belhaven's Emma Antonoplos and Maryville's
Elle Fair headline this year's honorees, earning Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, respectively.
Piedmont's Maggie Leger was voted Goalkeeper of the Year, while LaGrange freshman Gabby Worthy collected Rookie of the Year honors.
Maryville's
Jon Baker was selected as Coach of the Year after leading the Scots to another impressive campaign.
Defensive Player of the Year | Elle Fair, Maryville
A steady presence and vocal leader on the back line,
Elle Fair becomes just the second Scot to earn this honor. The senior anchored a Maryville defense that posted seven shutouts, five of which were in conference play. Logging more than 1,200 minutes across 16 appearances (15 starts) and a two-time all-conference honoree, Fair's composure and consistency were instrumental to the Scots' success.
Coach of the Year | Jon Baker, Maryville
In his first season at the helm,
Jon Baker guided Maryville to a 7-1 CCS record and the 2025 CCS Regular Season Championship. A longtime member of the Scots' coaching staff, Baker has seamlessly transitioned into the head coaching role. Under his direction, Maryville continued its run of excellence: marking the fourth straight year the program has won or shared the regular season title and the third time a Maryville coach has been recognized as CCS Coach of the Year.
