ATLANTA, Ga. – The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its men's track and field weekly honors, released by the league office on Tuesday.
Adyn Elliott was named this week's Men's Track Rookie of the Week.
Freshman Adyn Elliott turned in a strong debut performance at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals. Elliott placed third in the steeplechase with a time of 10:43.76, a time that currently ranks second in the conference. He also set a new school record in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.77, finishing fifth in the event and moving to the top spot in the CCS rankings in the early season.
