SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – Maryville shot a tournament-high 334 on Day 3 of the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate Tournament at the Sevierville Golf Club.

The Scots finished the tournament with a score of 946 and 82 over par, ranking 13th out of 14 teams over three days.

Colton Novotny was the low scorer for Maryville on the final day, shooting a 78 and six over par over the final 18 holes. Novotny finished the tournament at 17 over par, shooting 233 over 54 holes. He finishes the weekend ranked 61st.

Novotny was followed by
Tristen Evans and Colin Cagle, who each finished in 85 strokes, putting them at 13 over for the day. Evans finished the tournament tied for 55th at 14 over par while Cagle is tied for 73rd at 25 over.
Jacob Dunlap capped off the scoring for MC on Day 3, shooting 86 and 14 over par. He ranks 85th in the tournament.
Colin McCabe rounded out the Lineup for the Scots, shooting an 88 for 16 over par. He finishes ranked tied for 76th.

Carson-Newman finishes the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate in first place, shooting 857 over the three days and finishing the tournament at seven under par. Will Chambless finished in first place on the individual side, shooting 13 under par, finishing the tournament at 203 strokes.

The Scots are back on the course on Thursday, as they travel to Sorrento, Florida, for the Shenandoah Spring Break Invitational at the Eagle Dunes Golf Club.
