Was a four-year member of the Maryville College women's basketball team and a two-time Great South Athletic Conference champion. The Scots produced a record of 86-23 during her time at Maryville, and she scored more than 900 points and recorded over 500 rebounds.

Following her graduation from Maryville College, she earned a master's degree in special education from Ball State University. She now works as a Special Education Teacher.
